Ingredients

  • 6 fresh apples
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. apple cider
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  4. Add cider, lemon juice, and salt.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, until tender.
