Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup or half and half corn syrup and honey
  • 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 c. raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. In an 8-inch square or 9-inch round pan, melt the butter.
  2. Add the brown sugar and corn syrup, then heat until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pecans or walnuts and raisins if using.
