Sweet and sticky pull-apart rolls featuring bread dough, brown sugar, vanilla pudding, and pecans, perfect for brunch or dessert and loved by family and guests alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large box vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Thaw bread overnight in refrigerator.
  2. Mix butter, brown sugar, vanilla pudding, milk, and cinnamon in a pan until well combined and butter is melted.
  3. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Tear one loaf of bread dough into small pieces and place in the prepared pan.
  5. Pour the pudding mixture over the bread pieces.
  6. Tear the second loaf and place on top of the pudding mixture.
  7. Cover and let rise for 2 1/2 hours.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 27 to 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and turn over onto a cookie sheet.
  10. Let sit for 5 minutes before removing the pan.
