Ingredients

  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 packages Top Ramen

Instructions

  1. Saute the shredded cabbage, sliced onion, and sliced celery in 2 tablespoons of oil until soft, not fried. Add the seasoning packet from the ramen.
  2. Cook the ramen noodles as directed on the package. Drain the noodles.
  3. Toss the cooked noodles into the cabbage mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Optionally, add diced leftover chicken and season with soy sauce as desired.
  5. Serve quickly for a very quick and easy meal.
