Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 c. quick oats
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, and butter in a medium pan.
  2. Cook on medium heat until boiling, then simmer for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add oats, vanilla, and peanut butter.
  4. Mix well until combined.
  5. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper.
  6. Allow cookies to firm up before removing.
