Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks in a bowl. Add the granulated sugar and beat for 1 minute.
  2. Add orange juice, lemon juice, grated orange rind, strawberries, beaten egg whites, and salt to the yolk mixture; mix well.
