Ingredients

  • 4 ears cooked corn
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut down the rows of cooked corn and press out the pulp and milk.
  2. Stir salt, sugar, and pepper into the corn mixture.
  3. Slightly beat the egg yolks and add them to the mixture.
  4. Beat the egg whites to a thick foam and fold them into the corn mixture.
  5. Cook spoonfuls of the batter on a hot, oiled skillet until golden brown on both sides.
