Ingredients

  • 1 large box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 package frozen strawberries
  • 3 bananas
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the strawberry Jell-O with hot water until dissolved.
  2. Add crushed pineapple, frozen strawberries, mashed bananas, and chopped pecans to the Jell-O mixture. Stir well.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a bowl and let it begin to jell in the refrigerator.
  4. Once partially set, spread sour cream evenly over the partially jelled mixture.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture over the sour cream layer.
  6. Refrigerate until fully congealed and ready to serve.
