Ingredients

  • 1 can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 box dry yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In an 8 x 12-inch dish, spread the strawberry pie filling evenly.
  2. Layer the crushed pineapple with juice on top of the strawberry filling.
  3. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the pineapple layer.
  4. Pour melted margarine or butter evenly on top of the dry cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the buttered cake mix.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
