Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 10 oz. strawberries, thawed but not drained
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cream the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add the strawberries, drained pineapple, Cool Whip, and chopped walnuts to the mixture.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Freeze overnight or until firm.
  6. Allow a few minutes to set before cutting and serving.
  7. Tastes like ice cream when ready.
