Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups Birds Eye Cool Whip
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 cup fresh whole strawberries

Instructions

  1. Pour the cold milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the vanilla instant pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes until thickened.
  3. Blend in 1/2 cup of Cool Whip.
  4. Fold in the quartered fresh strawberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baked 9-inch pie shell.
  6. Chill the pie for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Top with the remaining Cool Whip and garnish with whole strawberries before serving.
