Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup softened margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 4 cups sliced rhubarb
  • 1 (6 oz.) package strawberry jello
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, 1/2 cup softened margarine, eggs, and milk to form a batter.
  2. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with the batter.
  3. Spray the sides of the pan with Pam to prevent sticking.
  4. Spread sliced rhubarb evenly over the bottom crust.
  5. Sprinkle the entire surface with the strawberry jello powder.
