Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, romaine, or iceberg mixed greens. Red onion cut into rings and separated.
  2. Add a pint of strawberries, sliced, with 6-8 almonds.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients and set aside.
  4. Mix greens, strawberries, onion rings, and almonds.
  5. Pour dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
