A light and fluffy strawberry snowball cake featuring layers of angel food cake, fresh strawberries, and a creamy Dream Whip topping, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 packages Dream Whip
  • 1 angel food cake
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries
  • 1 package strawberry glaze

Instructions

  1. Cut the angel food cake in half and tear one portion into small pieces.
  2. Spread the torn cake pieces evenly in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Soften the cream cheese.
  4. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on the package.
  5. Add confectioners sugar and softened cream cheese to the prepared Dream Whip and mix well.
  6. Spread the mixture over the pieces of broken cake.
  7. Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice or leave whole as desired.
  8. Spread the strawberry glaze over the top of the assembled layers.
  9. Chill before serving to allow flavors to meld.
