Ingredients

  • 3 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 32 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 kiwi

Instructions

  1. Heat orange juice; add gelatine and sugar, then stir in sour cream and Triple Sec.
  2. Chill the mixture until slightly thickened.
  3. Add walnuts, bananas, and strawberries to the chilled mixture.
  4. Garnish with kiwi and additional strawberries before serving.
