Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. soft butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 c. cherry juice
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. chopped cherries

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and beat until light.
  3. Add juices alternately with dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in nuts and cherries.
  5. Put in 2 greased loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
