Ingredients

  • 2 cans string beans
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cup Wesson oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil the string beans with just enough salt to season.
  2. Strain, cool, and chop the string beans.
  3. Mix chopped string beans, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, and chopped celery in a bowl.
  4. Add Wesson oil and vinegar to the mixture and toss to combine.
