Strufulas are crispy, sweet-fried pastries drizzled with honey, perfect for sharing at celebrations or as a delightful treat with coffee or tea.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • dash of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Add eggs, one at a time, to the flour and salt mixture.
  2. Add vanilla and oil to the mixture and combine to form a dough.
  3. Form the dough into small balls.
  4. Deep fry the dough balls until golden brown.
  5. Pour honey over the cooked Strufulas and cover.
