Ingredients

  • 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Combine evaporated milk with ground beef; divide the mixture into 5 equal patties.
  3. On wax paper, pat each meat patty into a 6-inch circle.
  4. Place 1/4 cup of prepared stuffing in the center of each meat circle.
  5. Draw the meat over the stuffing and seal the edges to form bundles.
  6. Place the stuffed meat bundles in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  7. Combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meat bundles.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
