Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices honey ham
  • 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Pound each chicken breast into long, thin pieces.
  2. Place one slice of ham and one slice of Monterey Jack cheese on each chicken breast.
  3. Fold each chicken breast in half to enclose the filling.
  4. Season each side of the stuffed chicken with garlic salt.
  5. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook the chicken until done, turning often, approximately 20 minutes.
