Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dry minced onions

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumbers in half crosswise; remove centers with a spoon. Chill cucumbers until crisp and firm.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; pack in cucumbers firmly.
