Stuffed Dill Pickles

Creamy, tangy stuffed dill pickles wrapped in bread make a delightful appetizer or snack, perfect for parties or casual gatherings with bold flavors and satisfying textures.

Ingredients

  • large dill pickles (whole)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • cream cheese
  • several slices white loaf bread

Instructions

  1. Cut crusts from bread; place between a damp tea towel until bread is soft, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture on bread slices.
  4. Wrap each bread slice around a large dill pickle.
  5. Wrap tightly with Saran Wrap; repeat as needed.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  7. Remove plastic wrap and slice thin to serve.
