Stuffed Kaiser Rolls

Hearty stuffed Kaiser rolls filled with seasoned beef, broccoli, and melted cheese, then baked to perfection—perfect for a satisfying family dinner or casual gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
  • 1 stick margarine
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add cooked broccoli to cooked beef and chopped onion.
  2. Cut Velveeta cheese into pieces over the meat mixture and let it melt.
  3. Remove from heat. Cut off the tops of the Kaiser buns and pull out the inside of the bottom buns.
  4. Fill the bottom buns with the beef mixture and place the tops back on.
  5. Roll the filled buns in melted seasoned margarine.
  6. Wrap each bun individually in foil.
  7. Bake on a cookie sheet in a 375° to 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
