Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground chuck
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • garlic salt
  • 1 large package mozzarella cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck and diced onion in a skillet; drain excess fat and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and onion with crumbled bread slices, milk, egg, drained mushrooms, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Stuff the mixture into cooked manicotti pasta shells and bake as desired.
