Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 3/4 tsp. Season-All
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
  • 3 oz. grated Romano cheese
  • 1 to 2 sprigs chopped parsley
  • hard-boiled eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix ground meat, Season-All, eggs, bread crumbs, Romano cheese, and chopped parsley together.
  2. Take a portion of the mixture and form it into a cup in your palm.
  3. Make an indentation in the meat mixture, then place 1/4 of a hard-boiled egg, a small piece of mozzarella cheese, a piece of bacon, and parsley inside.
  4. Cover the filling with more meat mixture and shape into a meatball.
  5. Brown the stuffed meatballs in a skillet with oil, then cook them in your favorite tomato sauce until fully cooked.
