Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz. can crabmeat
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • small pinch of rosemary
  • small pinch of thyme

Instructions

  1. Drain the crabmeat and press to remove excess fluid.
  2. Flake the crabmeat.
  3. Mix crabmeat, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings (rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, garlic powder).
  4. Remove stems from mushrooms and scrape gills out with a spoon to create deep cups.
  5. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  6. Stuff the mushroom caps generously with the crab mixture and place them in an ungreased shallow baking dish.
  7. Bake for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Turn the oven to broil and broil until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
