Savory stuffed mushrooms filled with bread crumbs, Parmesan, and herbs offer a flavorful appetizer perfect for gatherings or casual snacking, with a satisfying umami taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Wish-Bone Robusto Italian, Italian or Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove and finely chop mushroom stems.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine dressing, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and chopped stems.
  4. Fill each mushroom with the bread crumb mixture and place in a shallow baking dish.
  5. Add water to barely cover the bottom of the dish.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and heated through.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
