Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. jumbo shells
  • 15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells as directed on the package and drain.
  2. Mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture into each cooked shell.
  4. Pour a thin layer of spaghetti sauce in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Place the stuffed shells open side down in the pan, side by side.
  6. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells and sprinkle with reserved mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
