Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. milk or cream
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped raisins
  • 2 medium pears, peeled, halved, and cored

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk or cream, and almond extract until well blended and fluffy. Stir in the chopped raisins.
  2. Using an ice cream scoop or two spoons, shape the mixture into four balls.
  3. Place each cheese ball onto the cut sides of the peeled, halved, and cored pears.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds and serve at once.
