Ingredients

  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  2. Beat egg whites with sugar until very well combined and stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix the cooled walnuts into the egg white and sugar mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
