Ingredients

  • 4 large green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef and chopped onion and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add cooked rice, tomato sauce, chopped celery, and salt to the beef mixture and mix well.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the green peppers and place each on a square of plastic wrap, twisting the corners together.
  4. Place the wrapped peppers into a casserole dish and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Microwave for 8 minutes until heated through and peppers are tender.
