Stuffed Pita

Instructions
- Cut pita bread in half. Seal in aluminum foil and heat in oven at 350° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and keep warm.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Place over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add onion and green pepper; saute until vegetables are tender. Stir in ham and cook until thoroughly heated. Add eggs and cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are set.
- Stir in shredded Swiss cheese; remove from heat.
- Place 2 tomato slices inside each pita half. Fill with 1/4 cup egg mixture.
