Ingredients

  • leftover cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can biscuits

Instructions

  1. Shred or finely cut leftover cooked chicken.
  2. Mix the cream of chicken soup and milk together.
  3. Partially cook the mixed vegetables, then drain and stir into the chicken mixture.
  4. Pour the chicken mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Place canned biscuits on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake the casserole in the oven until heated through and biscuits are golden.
