  1. Brown chicken breasts in butter. Add chopped green onions and chopped tomato.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove solids and leave juices in the pan. Raise heat to medium.
  3. Add white wine and scrape the pan to deglaze. Stir in sour cream.
  4. Avoid boiling after adding sour cream to prevent separation. Blend well until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken on a platter and serve.
