Instructions

  1. Lay out a sheet of wax paper.
  2. Cover the bacon with brown sugar on both sides.
  3. Lay the bacon flat in an iron skillet.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Cook in the skillet in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. When done, lay the bacon flat on another piece of wax paper until cool.
