Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 pkg. crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for bacon and crackers.
  2. Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces.
  3. Dip bacon pieces into the mixture.
  4. Roll the dipped bacon in crushed crackers.
  5. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until brown.
