Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, brown sugar, black pepper, red pepper and salt peter.
  2. Mixture is enough for each joint of meat.
