Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the evaporated milk and stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into one pie crust.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 25 minutes.
  6. Lower the oven temperature to 300°F (149°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the filling is set.
