Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • soy sauce
  • seasonings of choice

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in soy sauce in a large skillet or wok.
  2. Add chopped onion, diced potato, diced carrot, and your choice of seasonings.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender and flavors meld, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked rice and add a little more soy sauce to taste, then cook for another 2-3 minutes.
