Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers, melted margarine, and a dash of cinnamon (optional) and spread on the bottom of a glass dish to form the crust.
  2. With a mixer, blend the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the Cool Whip and mix, then add lemon juice (optional) and mix again.
  4. Gently fold in the fruit with a spatula.
  5. Pour the mixture over the graham cracker crust and garnish with graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
