Ingredients

  • 1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookies
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 (10 oz) package Philadelphia whipped cream cheese with strawberries

Instructions

  1. Soften and spread the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough on a large pizza pan.
  2. Bake the cookie crust following the directions on the cookie package until golden and cooked through.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the unsweetened pineapple juice and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened, then cool.
  4. Spread the whipped cream cheese with strawberries evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  5. Pour the pineapple glaze over the top of the tart.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set.
