- Soften and spread the Pillsbury sugar cookie dough on a large pizza pan.
- Bake the cookie crust following the directions on the cookie package until golden and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine the unsweetened pineapple juice and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat until thickened, then cool.
- Spread the whipped cream cheese with strawberries evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
- Pour the pineapple glaze over the top of the tart.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to set.
