Ingredients

  • 1 package Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 2 or 3 carrots, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Prepare the macaroni and cheese as directed on the box and let it cool.
  2. Add grated carrots, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cucumber to the cooled macaroni.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix all ingredients together with mayonnaise.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
