Ingredients

  • 2 c. cold boiled rice
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. toasted chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a large roaster and cover.
  3. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until heated through.
  4. Serve hot.
