Summit Meat Loaf

Instructions
- Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl and set aside.
- Combine egg, onion, cracker crumbs, ground beef, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of the tomato mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Turn into a loaf pan.
- Make a depression in the top of loaf and pour remaining tomato mixture over top of meat.
- Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°.
- Serves 8.
