Sunflower Bread

- Combine water, 2 cups of white flour, yeast and sugar.
- Beat with mixer at low speed for 3 minutes.
- Cover and let rise until double (30 minutes).
- Dough will be spongy.
- Stir in wheat flour, dry milk, oats, butter, honey and salt.
- Mix. Add nuts and mix in as much white flour as you can with a spoon.
- Knead on a floured surface and add remaining flour to make a fairly stiff dough (6 to 8 minutes).
- Shape in bowl.
- Place in greased bowl; turn once. Cover and let rise until double (30 to 45 minutes).
