Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. ground sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 grated potato (raw)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 c. soy milk

Instructions

  1. Mix well and let stand 1 hour with a cover on it, then bake 1 hour at 350°.
  2. Serves 6.
