Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Butter and flour loaf pan.
- Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
- Mix pumpkin, oil, sunflower seeds and walnuts in large bowl.
- Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture (batter will be thick).
- Bake about 55 minutes.
