Sunflower Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. pumpkin (canned solid pack)
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds, shelled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Butter and flour loaf pan.
  3. Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl.
  4. Mix pumpkin, oil, sunflower seeds and walnuts in large bowl.
  5. Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture (batter will be thick).
  6. Bake about 55 minutes.
