Sunrise Mini Pizzas are savory breakfast treats featuring eggs, bacon, and cheese on soft dinner roll crusts, perfect for brunch or weekend mornings with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 10 frozen white dinner rolls
  • 10 bacon strips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. Add milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the egg mixture.
  4. Cook and stir until the eggs are set.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Roll each dinner roll into a 5-inch circle.
  7. Place the dough circles on greased baking sheets.
  8. Spoon the egg mixture evenly over each crust.
  9. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
