Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry and lemon gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add the cranberry sauce while the gelatin is still hot and stir or whip until fully dissolved.
  3. For a smoother texture, process the cranberry sauce through a food processor before adding.
  4. Chill the mixture until it becomes syrupy.
  5. Dice the bananas and fold them into the gelatin along with the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or serving dishes.
  7. Chill well until set before serving.
