- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease well and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
- Blend cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Mix in the jar of Gerber junior pears and pineapple.
- Add the yellow cake mix, flour, and candied lemon peel; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
